This is the basic training program in our center for all ages. It includes exercises on gymnastic equipment: P-bars, rings, H-bars, beams, trampoline and tumble track. Also, training process includes soft foam modules that form an obstacle course to develop coordination, balance, and agility. Much attention is paid to general and special physical training, development of flexibility and stretching as well as basic acrobatic elements (forward and backward flip-flops, cartwheels, handstands, splits, saltos) . The program also includes jumps on the trampoline and mastering difficult acrobatic elements in the foamed pit.
Our Centers are well equipped, they create a positive mood, encourage the development of physical skills, help to overcome fears and gain self-confidence. They are good for training of the children with particularities in development. Typically, children with particularities in development are trained individually, in some cases they can participate in group sessions, but with immediate aid to the trainer on the part of the child’s parent.
Training program for kids of age 11-17 years includes the elements of parkour in all our Centers. This makes training more fun for teenagers, allows them to learn many new elements in "soft" and safety gym under the control of professional coaches.

This training session develops coordination, balance, strength, endurance, vestibular system, cardiovascular and respiratory system. Also it is a great way to relieve stress after a working day and receive bright emotions. The training session also includes strengthening muscles and stretching.
This is a specialized training session, which is hold only for group age 18+years. This training aimed at execution of power gymnastic exercises in cardio mode. This technique helps to reduce weight, strengthening muscles and formation of a taut figure. Also the training session includes stretching of legs, back, neck, joints. Stretching releases tension, relieves pain in back, neck and joints, helps to avoid salt deposits, improves blood circulation, provides good health and mood.
