Kids of 1.5-3 years are very mobile and it is so difficult for them to stand still, to scrupulously repeat tasks of the coach. Sometimes it is very difficult to convince them to do exercise, but our coach can do it! Vladimir has a very creative approach to the training process. He presents all exercises in the form of game tasks. Gymnastics is not only improves the physical conditions of our kids, but also develops imagination, the ability to work in a team, and most importantly - instills a love to sport from an early age! I would like to express my gratitude to our wonderful coach Vladimir for the fact that my son gets so much pleasure from training sessions and literally runs to gymnastics! This is the best result for a person, who is not even two years old :)

The best team of professional coaches, who knows and sincerely loves their work! I have been practicing personal trainings and love gymnastics a lot. But I had been thinking for a long time, before I decided to try gymnastics. I am not young, that’s why I was afraid to look stupid and didn’t have enough force for gymnastic exercises. But I really wanted to learn something new. l decided and never regretted. The atmosphere in the Center is very comfortable and positive. All fears left me already after first speaking with administrator Jana. The first my goal - is to keep myself in good shape and enjoy the lessons, was achieved almost immediately. Now I have a sport passion to learn new elements and achieve other results. Big thanks to my coaches – Elizabeth and Maxim. They have a great ability to find a common language with children and adults! It’s visible that everybody has a pleasure from training sessions. Dear friends! The qualifying stage of EUROPEGYM CHAMPIONSHIP took place in our Centers on last weekends on 24-25 th of November!

There were many new gymnasts took part in our competitions this season, starting from a young age - 3 years, as well as our regular participants!

The results of selection for the final part of competitions you can find on our website in section EUROPEGYM CHAMPIONSHIP.

The final of EUROPEGYM CHAMPIONSHIP will be held on the 15th of December in the Center Strogino.

Dear friends! We remind you that very soon, on November 24-25 the main sports event of European Gymnastic Center – EUROPEGYM CHAMPIONSHIP will starts in our Centers!

The competition will consist of two stages. The qualifying stage will be held in each Center on November 24 and 25. According to its results, groups will be formed by age and level of gymnasts among boys and girls (League 1 and Top League). They will participate in the final stage of EUROPEGYM CHAMPIONSHIP.

Dates of the qualifying stage in the Centers:
November 24 (Saturday) - Luzhniki, Lokomotiv, Marino+Lyubertsy, Setun, Medvedkovo+Mytishchi, Strogino.
November 25 (Sunday) – Kievskoe shosse, Dynamo, Chertanovo, Kurkino.

On October 27-28 and 23-24 March we will host the tournament on strength abilities - OUTPUT INTO FORCE in each Center.

On November 24-25 and April 20-21 each Center will host the qualifying stage of EUROPEGYM CHAMPIONSHIP.

On December 15 and May 18 will take place the main sports event of the Center – the final of EUROPEGYM CHAMPIONSHIP in the Center Strogino.

On December 29-30 New Year's trainings will be held in each Center.
